Based in Bedfordshire, England, Charlie's passion for photography was initially sparked when his father gave him the family's Olympus Trip Camera as a hand me down.
Whilst working for the family business, Charlie continued to enjoy his photography in his spare time with an eclectic mix of cameras and styles.
After successfully selling a number of prints Charlie has decided to devote his energies more fully on photography. Now shooting entirely in digital Charlie has concentrated on producing still life compositions in his home studio with occasional forays into landscape and portrait photography.
Charlie uses Canon Digital SLR's, namely a 1ds MkIII, MkII & 5D MKII and processes and manages his images with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, he also still shoots the occasional roll of film with a Holga camera. Fine art print sales are now available online.
Charlie was the 'Fine Art Professional Photographer of the Year 2007' and has received honourable mentions in both the 2008 & 2009 International Photographer of the Year competition (See the News section for full details.)
